Our “ports of call” activities will be unlike any other- at every stop we will continue on our adventure by bike foot or van!

We will visit UNESCO protected treasures such as Alberobello with its famous “trulli”- the “white” city of Ostuni so called thanks to its brilliant white-washed architecture- Valle d’Itria’s Locorotondo and Martina Franca whose scenic landscape are dotted with beautiful “masserie” as the ancient farmhouses are called-Polignano a Mare and ancient village of Greek origin and the bustling port of Monopoli.

 

Of course we will also pay homage to Puglia’s outstanding oenogastronomic traditions as we
learn the secrets of mozzarella making- witness the making of the famous orecchiette Visit olive oil producers and of course visits and wine tastings at some of the top wine producers
